Seared Grass Fed Beed Tenderloin

For brunch today we sacrificed one of the tenderloins. There are only 2 on a steer. This was a tough decision. Here’s what we came up with: Seared Sliced Tenderloin on Garlic Filone (Sullivan St) with Chopped Spinach, Poached Eggs, Bernaise Sauce. If a recipe is desired, I will post it. It seems somewhat self-explanatory, but… I will be helpful when it’s helpful.
