Peanut Crusted Kabobs, Slow Smoked Short Ribs, Ebinger’s Blackout Cake

We did get a lot of kabob meat. Tonight we have marinated peanut crusted beef kabobs. We also had a lot of short ribs, and this is the last of them. We prepared the short ribs in the smoker, over apple wood. They are really smoky and tasty. And, the flank steak seasoned with fleur de sel, garlic, and rosemary. It seems like, if one played their eating cards right, there would still be enough room for the Ebinger’s Chococlate Blackout Cake. That’s a good dinner.
